“After a thorough investigation by the District 65 Technology Department, in coordination with Google, it was determined that there was no evidence of an external ‘hack’ or a security breach of any kind,” the email read. “All student and staff data and accounts are secure. Further, there was no involvement or inappropriate conduct by any Nichols or D65 staff member. This incident was isolated to a personal device and did not impact any district-issued devices or any other D65 student or staff accounts.”
