The Illinois House approved a long awaited megaprojects bill on Wednesday, in hopes of stopping the Chicago Bears from moving across state lines.

In an exclusive sit down interview with WGN-TV Political Editor Tahman Bradley after the vote, House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch discusses the measure.

Thursday’s Tip of the Hat goes to Hat to Isabel Miller of Capitol Fax, who after the Bears bill vote asked Speaker Welch a question he didn’t want to answer.
