ROCKFORD, Ill (WREX) – State Senator Dave Syverson and State Senator Steve Stadelman are partnering with the Illinois Tollway to help drivers update their I-PASS technology to the Sticker Tags that are replacing plastic transponders. 

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 29 at the Rockford Park District’s UW Health Sports Factory located at 305 S. Madison Street in Rockford from 1 P.M. to 7 P.M. 

Those planning to attend are reminded to bring their driver’s licenses and their license plate numbers to present to Illinois Tollway officials. 

Illinois Tollway officials will help individuals transfer to the new stickers technology without disruption to their I-PASS account. Once stickers are activated, they can be used on the Illinois Tollway and on E-Z Pass roadways in other states within 24 hours of activation.
