At the Lunch with the Mayor event on Wednesday, Quincy Mayor Mike Troup discussed the hot topic on the need for more homes in the city. “Housing is, I think, our second biggest issue facing Quincy today,” said Troup. Housing in Quincy is something Troup has discussed since running for the position of mayor. As the city continues to try to get more people to move to Quincy, executive director of the Quincy Housing Authority Jerry Gille says the housing issue is something that must be discussed.
