Lawmakers return to Springfield

Lawmakers have returned to Springfield for their annual veto session. They have six days to fix any legislation the governor has vetoed and discuss bills they didn’t get to in the spring. There are a lot of things that could be brought up in the next two weeks, but all eyes will be on the congressional maps. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle list that as their top priority for this veto session.
