Illinois’ interstate, bridge conditions among worst in nation

A new study says the rate of deterioration on Illinois’ interstate is among the worst in the country. The report by TRIP, a nonprofit research organization, says 8% of Illinois interstates and bridges are in poor condition. This puts the state third in the nation. West Virginia.
