Illinois Energy Preparedness

Our energy infrastructure is prepared for a certain set of climate conditions. However, the extremes of those conditions, both in terms of the absolute value there of and in the frequency in which we will be at or approaching those extremes, seem to be changing. The question remains: how prepared is Illinois for our new climate future? 

The 21st was joined by two experts to answer this question.
