Kodatt resignation fuels controversy, discussion of ‘No Exit Bonus’ bill

On Sunday, former House Speaker Michael Madigan hand-picked Rep. Edward Guerra Kodatt, D-Chicago, to replace him as representative of the 22nd District. It’s unacceptable to me,” Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza said.
