Democratic Congressional Candidate in the Fourteenth District Lauren Underwood has been endorsed by Presidential Candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden.

Biden said that as a registered nurse and public health expert, Underwood has earned his endorsement. Biden campaigned for Underwood in her 2018 campaign against Randy Hultgren.

Underwood said she’s thankful for Biden’s endorsement. Other notable endorsements are from the Illinois Farm Bureau’s ACTIVATOR PAC and President Barack Obama.

Underwood is running against Republican Illinois State Senator Jim Oberweis. Some notable endorsement for him include U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, former Congressman Don Manzullo, and the National Federation of Independent Business.
