Tammy Rupp with Rupp rentals says virtually all of her tenants have paid on time, but she also understands what the virus has done to people’s budgets.
She said she tries to help those struggling by giving them a few extra days to pay and dropping late fees.
"You know, normally it is a $5 a day late fee and right now we are waiving that right now, " Rupp said. "Most of the people have come through for us, they just need the extra time and they are elated that we are doing this.
