Governor’s proposal aimed at easing housing shortage struggles

CHICAGO (WLS) — Gov. JB Pritzker’s BUILD proposal seeks to meet the demand for more housing by making it easier for developers to build.
The proposal also aims to make renting and home ownership more affordable.
