The Village of Midlothian announced the passing of Nick Valadez, who served as the Village Attorney since 2017.
Valadez approached his work with integrity, wisdom, and a deep respect for the people and institutions he represented. The Village is better because of his guidance, commitment, and care.
Valadez’s life was defined by service. In addition to his work with the Village, he devoted decades to public service and healthcare access, always advocating for fairness, dignity, and opportunity for all. Those who knew him will remember not only his professionalism, but also his kindness, humility, and the way he made everyone feel heard.
The Village of Midlothian is deeply grateful for the years he dedicated and his loss will be felt profoundly throughout our community.
