Civil Rights Warrior Rev. Dr. Wallace “Gator” Bradley Endorses Illinois Gov. J. B. Pritzker’ Re-Election Campaign (Chicago, IL) – Nationally recognized community service veteran Rev. Dr. Wallace “Gator” Bradley is coming out strong to support the re-election campaign of two-term incumbent Gov. J. B. Pritzker and to elect Deputy Gov. Christian Mitchell to become Lt. Governor. 

Set for Monday, Nov. 3, 2026, Rev. Dr. Bradley’s announcement is aimed to energize the targets of the so-called “conservative” political movement’s anti-American rebellion against DEI initiatives, immigrant justice, fair labor rights and more that endanger every working class neighborhood, break room and street corner in the nation. In other words, “We the people.” And he warns that even though Pritzker is running in a traditionally blue state, complacency is not an option in this Empire Strikes Back™ period in American history. 

Says Rev. Dr. Bradley, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my life, it’s how to put up a good fight and that’s why I’m shouting from the rooftops because I am unconditionally, unapologetically, wholeheartedly and unequivocally in support of this man because he believes in redemption, inclusion, humanity, fairness in government and a strong, even hand in criminal justice reform. I know his heart and I love telling people about him. As just one example, before he ran for governor he spent over a $100 million to help the wrongfully convicted and their families. We need him now more than ever before.”

Rev. Dr. Bradley is referring to the landmark 2021 legislative package Pritzker signed adding laws creating transparent interrogation methods for juvenile offenders, fairer sentencing guidelines, including the Resentencing Task Force Act.
