Illinois officials say the state is making millions of dollars selling marijuana to Wisconsin residents.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation says they made about 36-million dollars in tax revenue last year from individuals driving over the state line to buy cannabis.

The report said Illinois counties bordering Wisconsin made over half of their cannabis sales to out-of-state residents.
