The Department of Children and Family Services is already facing a shortage of proper foster homes, some kids are even forced to stay in offices. Now, lawmakers are concerned that some kids are being blocked from proper placements because of false behavior reports. For example, reporting inappropriate or violent behavior that didn’t really happen, preventing that child from going to another foster home.
