The pandemic has wreaked havoc on so much of life in Chicago and beyond, but it hasn’t stopped the young Chicagoans in our 40 Under 40 class of 2021 from doing great things. They’re in new industries—marijuana, cryptocurrency, solar energy—and old-line businesses—banking, health, logistics. They’re running their own firms and making an impact at corporate giants. They’re creative thinkers innovating in whatever field they’re in, keeping Chicago moving during this tough time.
