Officials with the state’s largest employee union say they oppose Governor Pritzker’s vaccine mandate. Gov. Pritzker announced last week that all employees at congregate facilities, like prisons and veterans’ homes, will have to get vaccinated. AFSCME Council 31 released a statement on Tuesday supporting these employees.
