ILLINOIS (WEHT) – A bill to expand fertility treatment coverage in Illinois is now headed to Governor Pritzker’s desk.
If signed into law, it would expand the state’s insurance code to change the definition of infertility to expand who is covered under state law. It would include same sex couples, women over 35, single woman and women who cannot get pregnant naturally due to medical issues.
