Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker plans to sign a controversial criminal justice reform bill on Monday.
This is according to Illinois Senator Elgie Sims, who confirmed the story to WGEM News on Friday night.
This bill would eliminate cash bail by 2023, limit use of force, and require every officer to wear body cameras by 2025.
