State Senator Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant invites residents to join her for a policy discussion and a slice of pie.

JOLIET – State Senator Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant invites residents to join her for a policy discussion and a slice of pie.
Bertino-Tarrant is hosting Policy & Pie, candid conversation to update area residents on state legislation over a slice of pumpkin pie on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Book & Bean Café located at the Joliet Public Library – Black Rd Branch (3395 W. Black Rd., Joliet).
“As we kick off the holiday season, join us for an informative conversation on legislation impacting our state and community, while enjoying a delicious slice of pie,” Bertino-Tarrant said. “Events like this serve as an opportunity for me to hear area residents’ opinions and input on issues concerning us all.”
The event is free and open to residents.
