Both of Illinois’ U.S. Senators are calling for an investigation into another Illinois veterans home.  Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth yesterday said the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Centers for Disease Control, and the U.S. EPA should work with the state to find the cause of a Legionnaires outbreak at a veterans home in Manteno.  A resident at the home died last month after getting sick with Legionnaires.
