Illinois lawmakers are talking a bit more about the plan to legalize marijuana in the state. A number of reports over the weekend pointed to a new process to not only legalize pot, but to expunge the records of people with old marijuana convictions. State Senator Heather Steans said lawmakers also want to make sure that as many people as possible have access to the new business in Illinois.
