Illinois Treasurer Mike Frerichs says he wants to give you money, if the state owes you some. Frerichs yesterday announced the new Money Match program which he says will link people with money that the state owes them. Frerichs says his office can now work with the Illinois Department of Revenue to connect people with checks or cash that they may not have known about. Money Match is an update to the years-old Cash Dash program.
