WEST QUINCY, Mo. — Rebecca Davis of Dallas City, Ill., won a $10,000 prize playing a Missouri Lottery game July 14. Davis said she was driving her husband, John Eley, to a bridge project where the union steelworker is completing a project in Missouri.
