PLAINFIELD – State Sen. Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant, D-Shorewood, and the AARP will be holding a Lunch and Learn event where attendees will learn how to speak with doctors and pharmacists to ensure they are using their prescription drugs as safely and effectively as possible.
Lunch and Learn will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Plainfield Township Community Center, 15014 Des Plaines St., Plainfield. A free lunch will be provided.
The event is free, but space is limited. Registration is encouraged by calling Bertino-Tarrant’s district office at 815-254-4211.
